Baby Carrots with Dip

Ingredients
250 g baby carrots
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (crushed)
herbs of your choice
1 tbsp oil

Instructions
Boil baby carrots with salt
drain away the water left after boiling
sauce the boiled baby carrots with choice of your herb like parsley, thyme, coriander, etc
add black pepper
serve with your favourite dip sauce
